Yes. I really do try my best to evaluate things from all perspectives. I go for what will do the greatest amount of good. I know it sounds cheesy, but I've always felt that I serve a larger purpose than just myself, even when I was a kid.
There have been times, though, when I was lacking information on an issue. I do admit that I would have made a diffenerent decision, had I been aware of all of the facts. Still, given the information I had at the previous time, I would have arrived at the same conclusion as before.

That all depends if the person voicing the *doubts* has a credible point to make... given the fact that I accept that there is a difference between right and wrong and the fact that assumption is intrusive. I've witnessed so many people go off the deep end if they can't rewrite the events or facts in a situation via stereotyping - it's really pathetic.

I stand firm, but I keep an open mind and can be persuaded to change my views, as long as the other person has a valid reason behind their doubts.

Not to the point of being an ***. When friends and family voice doubts, it's important to listen. You may not agree, but usually they know you better than you know yourself. They may give you valuable insight on a situation, but only if you can put your pride aside for a moment and keep an open mind.
(Of course, being the stubborn idiot that I am, I usually nod and smile and do whatever the hell I want to anyway, but then...I don't pretend to be a role model to anyone!)

I usually do, although I will listen to what my trusted circle say, I am not above mistakes or seeing another point of view. In the end, I always go with my intincts, my emotions are frequently wrong, my intincts never. I am getting up there in years, & this truth has yet to fail me.

yes I do but I do listen to their side of doubts and then analyse it to see if I might be in the wrong or need to adapt my choice if ever....
sometimes two minds work better then one....
