Okay the best way is to find a hobby, because i had been infertile myself and heard so many doctors tell me just don't think about it, i know they are off there trees!!! I found a hobby a good idea, it is very hard to switch your thoughts off, also walking helped me and i attempted to meditate for 10 minutes a day and even though i have never been able to meditate right, when i am worrying about the way i meditate i am not thinking of bubs!!! Hope this helps and best of luck to you:)

I have the same problem. I reduced my stress by telling myself it will happen when the time is right. If I see a cute onsie at the store I buy it and put it in my little box of baby stuff. My husband and I both got checked out by a fertility doctor and we are just fine. I believe the problem is stress beacause we want the baby right now. If you have been trying for over a year get checked out at the fertility doctor. I found that the knowledge that someone was helping us made me feel comforted. I still wonder if I am pregnate at the end of the month, but I don't get as upset now when I get my period. I know that someday it will happen. Positive thinking does a lot of good. Sending positive engergy your way.

try and book a holiday away with your partner or even go on a short break. Its important that you dont let conceiving take over your life. You dont want to neglect your relationship as this will just cause more anxiety once you are pregnant.

To make your chances of conceiving as high as possible ensure that your both neither over or under weight. Follow a healthy diet and cut out alcohol and smoking. Take folic acid and b6 and b12 vitamins. Use ovulation tests to make sure that your having sex when your most fertile.

Maybe treat yourself to a massage or a session of acunpuncture as both these things are said to be great for relaxation which may help you conceive.

Good luck

me and my boyfriend really wanted a baby but i was never getting pregnant. so for months i was getting tests and nothing happening. the month i decided to just give up "trying" is the month i found out i was pregnant. I really think it's mind over matter. during your fertile time you should make a romantic night with your hubby with candles and music something erotic, make love, don't make babies, im telling you it just might work. every other time i had sex with my boyfriend we were doing it to make babies, that's all i had in the back of my mind. and if it takes alcohol to do so:).. use it. it's not one night of fun that will hurt the baby.

Anyone who expresses desperation over something that is not life-threatening should see a doctor. Please do so. Good Luck
