Teen guys and gals are fun to do crafts with, they really show a neat sense of pride when they can accomplish something in a short period of time!
Some ideas would be macrame key chains, chokers and bracelets, Tie-Dye T-Shirts, strap holders for sunglasses, picture frames using discards, tote bags and/or pillows out of old blue jeans and T-Shirts, wind chimes out of silverware or old tools and nuts & bolts...
Once people start posting answers, you are going to have a real tough time with so many options! Good luck and HAVE FUN!

Is there a wall where they can paint a mural? Or else you could have them make a big banner together.
Have them decide on a theme, then talk about some of the images and ideas that fit that them. Divide your wall or banner into sections so it gets covered evenly. If you are doing a banner, you could also use some fabric glue or baste things to the banner with craft thread. You might even have them bring in objects like buttons or broken costume jewelry to use.

I , myself would do Plastic Canvas projects. I have worked them with my 8 and 9 year old niece and nephew and they loved them. The plastic canvas is cheap, the yarn goes a very long way, the needles are extremely large, and they each ended up with refrigerator magnets. You can go online for patterns or go to a Wal-mart or any craft store for a pattern, and have the children cut the canvas out themselves, (i had to with the little ones) They had great fun.

This site divides crafts by children's age.
http://familycrafts.about.com/od/craftprojectsbyage/
This site has lots of inexpensive craft kits. Some might be too juvenile for the 15 year olds

Try doing a google search on art projects for kids.
Also, try familyfun.com I work at a daycare and I've found many projects on there. Also try your local craft store. They might have some ideas; free project sheets hanging up. They do at my craft store (Pat Catan's).
Good luck!

Since its a summer camp how about something environmental friendly, so you can teach them about the environment and help the environment. ex. nature friendly birdfeeders.
Nature journals. Disposable cameras for each kid to take picture of nature that they liike then the next day they can paste the photo's in a journal and write about them. They can glue the leaves and bark o the pages also.

I think Kids that age would love to crochet little things, like a hat, or a bag or even learn to do some jewelry making. You can pick up manuals in Michael's or Walmart.
