If the immobiliser was factory fitted, it is part of the car's electronic systems and cannot be taken out.
You will have to contact a main dealer for your make of car to get either a replacement ECU with working immobiliser or a replacement key (and your immobiliser re-programmed to recognise the new key).

If the immobiliser was an aftermarket fitment, it should be possible to have it removed - find a competent local alarm/immobiliser dealer with fitting facilities (often these are also car audio dealers).

Bear in mind that your insurance may well assume that your car has an immobiliser, and that by removing it you will be uninsured unless you inform your insurer.
