I'm looking for a book that best explores the philosophical implcations of modern physics (Quantum Theory, Relativity, etc) in straightforward terms.

Not too dumbed down though. I would like something that's challenging but accessible.

Stephen Hawking's two books are a great tool for learning about those topics. Also, it's a little outdated, but try Brian Greene's The Elegant Universe.
