B6 is a good way to help ease some of the symptoms of PMS especially on the mood part of it. You can buy it in a bottle by itself or as part of B Complex. You can find it at most major drugstores. I would also recommend talking to your doctor about this as well, especially if it's very severe to have them evaluate the situation further to see what they think could be causing this.

Midol, (OTC) is supposed to have stuff in it that helps with your general mood and also cramps and stuff like that...I haven't tried it though. I kind of like being a little bitchy sometimes! It's just part of being a woman. And I'm usually just a little down anyways, and a good cry is ok.

try doing some of the point i have included to see if it helps to anymore, as i find they help me-

*reduce or try to eliminate caffeine intake

*avoid alcohol & sugar during the time of month when you usually begin getting PMS symptoms

*add leafy green vegetables, fresh fruit, cereals & whole grains to your diet

*cut back on or eliminate dairy products from your diet

*avoid salty foods, red meat & processed foods for at least one week before the expected onset of PMS symptoms

*take a multivitamin with 100mg of vitamin B-6, 400mg of vitamin E, 1,000mg of vitamin C and about 1,500mg of evening primrose oil

*take calcium and magnesium supplements to help prevent cramps

*get checked for food allergies

*exercise regularly

*find something for you to pent out your stress (punch bag, stress ball etc etc...)

hope this helps.

also, most women who have PMS have also been found to suffer from thyroid problems & immune system disorders.
when i found out that i was shocked, as my PMS pains are real bad, and i went to the doctors and found out i had an underactive thyroid!!

so if the PMS is real bad, and keeps on going. .

id say to go to the docs huni!!

hope this helps you x
