My friend and colleague entered into illigal relation with my hub and later got married to him with out my knowledge and now deliverd a baby.Now she is putting preassure on him to set up a family.my hub is putting preasure on me saying he needs his child( who is two months old)not that woman and so I should cope with the situation.I had ectopic pregnancies and miscarriages.But I have chances of other medical procedures.He didnt wait for me.I 'm being mental tortured.what should be done in such situation.

If you all happen to be Indians ,living in India & not belonging to Muslim religion & you have any evidence with regard to his second marriage, If yes then with evidence of your marriage with him & his second marriage with this lady you can file criminal complaint him for bigamy under section 494 of the Indian Penal Code. If you don't have any evidence of his actual second marriage then this act of his second marriage without your permission, it amounts to cruelty for which you can still file criminal complaint under 498A of the Indian Penal Code against your husband. This cheating of your husband itself is an act of adultery on the basis of this you can file a divorce case against him on the ground of adultery & cruelty in the Family court & obtain the decree of divorce from him. If you husband has be inflicting harassment to you by any physical or mental assault, is not providing you proper maintenance, home facilities, or indulging in any sort of domestic violence you can move the court against him for monetary compensation for any injuries inflicted on you, or get financial assistance, or get the residential assistance or even get the protection order against him for any such domestic violence. These are the legal options with you for all what you have stated here. Now what should be done in such situation is that either you leave him by giving divorce or just don't allow this lady to enter your house & in your matrimonial home for ever. The first option is best as if you think to go in for second option still your husband will meet her & keep her as his second wife if you don't take divorce from him, in both cases you are a looser & this lady the gainer. At least by taking divorce from your husband you will be free to get remarried again to some decent man & will be away from this man who has brought enough hell against you in your matrimonial life. No use continuing life with such a person who has cheated you to this extend. If you happen to be a Muslim lady then you can go for Khulla/Divorce on the basis of his second marriage without your prior permission & treating you with cruelty that is to say he has more wives than one, does not treat you equitably in accordance with the injunctions of the Quran.

Am so sorry bout the whole issue, but you know what? men r dogs and you never know when they are about to bite you, well the fact that hes goota kid with another woman wount change or stop him from doing what hes always wanted to do, maybe hes been wanting a kid so much that he couldnt wait any longer, and now that hes got one, that all that matters to him, but as he claim that, he is not intrested with the other woman but his child, y dnt you give yourself time and wait, see how he is going to behave, if he will be into this woman or his child, and if that will b the case, move on with him, if he will still love n treat you right, go for him if youl b feeling the same, but if he turns out to be a monster, dont give up, be prepared for anything now since you smell the rat, but life doesnt stop, you gotta be strong, coz if we let this men control our lives we will die before we achieve our gols and dreams, well i might no be married to give you so much advise but i think if your husband realy love and wants the best for you, no matter what he does, he will come back to you by the end of the day, For now just relax and pray that God will give you give you streangth to carry on. you can talk to me any time, will be hear for you. loingash007@yahoo.com

I understand your situation, and i am sorry, if he just wants his child, then if i was you i would try to accept it, as long as he doesn't want the woman. If he says he wants the woman too, then you have to listen to your heart and you have to do what is right for you, i know it is not easy, having to bear all the pain, its our culture. First of all your husband should not have married her without your consent. I don't know if you are a muslim. If he doesn't want the woman then why did he marry her in the first place. I think you should tell your husband if he wants his child accept it but not the other woman. You must not worry too much, let him sort it out its his problem, you look after yourself, no-one can take the pain away for you, you have to be strong, if you feel strongly that you cannot cope with his child and this situation, then get out, but i am sure you don't want to do that, i am sure you would like to work this big matter out. At the end of the day, if you want to get out, it isn't your fault, you are not to blame, your husband is, you watch he will regret this situation. Good luck in trying to have a baby.. Your husband is a louse. If he married another while married to you, the other marriage is not legal and he could be prosecuted. Leave the jerk, he chose a life without you in the most despicable way. You have no need to face the other woman, throw his crap out in the yard and tell him to get out of your house and then sue for divorce. Move on with your life and find a real man.

Better you consult a good lawyer in your town before taking any decision. Another thing without your legal approval of divorce he cannot marry another women. so legally your side is very strong. So consult your lawyer with your friends or relatives immediately. He/She(lawyer) can help you a lot.
