I don't know if I can get this across. Let me try. If you can get back from your thoughts and just observe them. We identify with our thoughts and get dragged into them emotionaly. You are not your thoughts, but just an awareness of them in the back or your mind, lets say or even view it as outside your head. It's like getting outside yourself and then you can observe yourself unemotionaly, like an outside observer, objective. Then you may see that the mind is really objective overall, unbiased. Part of the trick to being unpredjudiced about yourself is to get rid of jugmental words, they have a way of coming back to bite you. Descriptive ones are more scientific and accurate. Those others you speak of are using pride as a judgmental word. Outside your thinking, just looking, you can see how you look to others. You porbably get into situations too much, too, instead of just observing them, not thinking about them, just observing. The facts speak for themselves and your thoughts get in the way. The mind automatically sees what the situation is all about, you don't have to think about it too much and interfere. That's using your intuition, a much better guide. Do you notice that non-judgmental is to neither consider yourself better or worse than anyone else? Truth is a safer place to play from as we all have our weaknesses and strengths.

I think that English is not your first language and that it's difficult for you to communicate your dilemma. If you are a practicing Muslim, it's important for you to cultivate humility. Pride is the greatest of all sins and as a Catholic I struggle with it as well. Voluntarily humbling yourself, even welcoming humiliations, is the best way to conquer pride. Increase your prayer time and be willing to accept whatever humiliations it pleases our God to send you. Best to you...

Why do you want to loose your pride? What a silly thing to want to accomplish!
As Nelson Mandela said: "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure...........there is nothing enlightening about shrinking so that others around you don't feel intimidated"
