Take an iron and set it to it's lowest setting. Then take a piece of paper and a folded towel. Place the paper over top of the wax. Then place the towel on top of that. Next use the heated iron as a heat press to melt the wax into the paper. Keep checking every few minutes by lifting the iron up to see how much of the wax has melted. You might have to repeat the paper a few times to get all of the candle wax out.

Remove candle wax
To remove it, first soften the wax using a blow-dryer on its hottest setting and blot up as much as you can with paper towels. Then remove what's left by rubbing with a cloth soaked in a solution made of equal parts white vinegar and water. Wipe clean with a soft, absorbent cloth.
Candle drippings:
For spilled wax on carpet, use a brown paper bag as a blotter and run a hot iron over it, which will absorb the wax.
Good Luck !

First allow it to harden, then scrape gently to remove as much as possible with a butter knife or the like. any remaining wax can be removed by using a soft clean white absorbent coth (cloth diapers work very well) and laying it over the stained area. Then place a "warm: iron over the cloth and move back and forth as if ironing. it will soften the wax and draw it up into the cloth. repeat several times with a clean area of the cloth. Do not overheat as some synthetic fibers within carpets have a low melting point. If there is some residue left, it can be removed with dry cleaning fluid.
Good Luck!

If it has cooled pick what you can off of the carpet.. Then put a hankerchief, pillow case or something similar over the wax then iron... the heat from the iron will make the wax melt in to the material and out of the carpet

get as much as you can off with your fingers then put an ice cube on it to freeze it a bit then scrape as much as you can off with a butter knife.
if any remains then you can use an iron on low setting. just get some paper bags and put over the spot and a small cotton towel over that. iron over them on low.
check after a minute or so and if some of the wax is on the paper bag then dispose of that one and get a new piece. do this till all the wax is gone. if you can't get it all you may try hot water or a steam cleaner to get the last little bit.
