Being a farmer carpenter and contractor: I love the smell and feel of wood. I have made a wood-working shop in my basement, next to the Quilt making shop I built for my wife. I love crafts and keep busy along with my wife all day, we don't waste time.
We come from the old country stock that believe it's a sin to waste your life sitting around.

Hear good news from anyone who has been struggling.
Watch T.V. drinking a diet coke and eating popcorn (which I share w/the dog and bird)
Sit outside on the front porch and talk to my mom (mom passed away July 1, 2007)
Those are just a few of my favorite things.

Listening to our favorite songs together and talk about Y!A Q&A through IM. You know, that will be the only thing I love to do with HIM because he is very far away from me.
