Ejaculation is the end result of intercourse or masturbation.It is the result of a complex neuromuscular process.
After ejaculation these nerves and muscles need to recover-think of it as recharging/reloading a gun-it takes time -this is called the refractory period. so after ejaculation the penis looses some of its erection.
the refractory period may only be 5-10 minutes in a teenager but 24 hours in a 70 year old(if he is still sexually active)

Absolutely. Use the ejaculate for lube, it is excellent, and go again. I have done it 3-4 times in a row. You need to keep focused on the business at hand.

Its really hard to do isnt it? lol. I dont think that their is really a way to do it. One sort of way is when you are about to come, stop and sum semen will shoot out and you will get a bit of an orgasm but still be hard and thenj just keep doing that..........
