Yes, but it doesn't start there. You must educate, with that will come self sufficiency. Self sufficiency will bring self confidence. Self confidence and self sufficiency will allow time for thought of others and make available to us morality. It's hard to be moral with no home and no food and no hope.

All the wars in the world have been started by people who swore they had "morals".
The biggest advocate for (what they consider) "morality" is organized religion. More people have died & suffered over religion than any other movement, political or otherwise.
A person who claims to have morals isn't nessecarily a "good" person - just a person who cannot think for themselves & feels the need to adopt the ways of others to appear respectable.
This person displays a certain arrogance because they see themselves & their actions as being abover others, not based on personal merit but because they feel their beliefs should be absolute rule (no matter what anyone may think).
This type would be one of the 1st to start a war, not prevent it.

No, because your morality may clash with another's. This is just the kind of thing that can start a war. The way of stopping war is for people to recognize war as one of the most unholy things that exists.

Nope.
The only way to stop war around the world is to hold governments accountable. Good luck with that.
People don't make wars, governments make wars.

No, the war distracts the liberals so they can't ask to legalize polygamy of gay marriage.
