Any ony one seen the Northern Lights?

I live in the south of England, but i would love to see the northen lights..

They can be seen rarely in the UK during a heavy magnetic storm. I lived in the midlands before I moved further north and I have seen them once in 1997 and once in 2000.
Sorry to say it but they are a northerly phenomenon and you are unlikely to see them from your location.
