THINKING OF MARRIAGE:
-talks about marriage often
-talks about "we" and "us" in reference to future plans
-cares about your opinion more when making material choices (ie. car, apartment, house, furniture....pets are a really good sign.)
-wants you around almost all of the time and takes you where he goes alot.
-wants to meet, spend more time with your family or brings you to his more often.
-talks about settling down, kids, etc.
NOT:
-Does not care about your feelings.
-Lies about where he is going or where he's been and gets defensive when you ask him about it.
-Avoids your phone calls or does not call you often.
-Claims to need "space"
-Gets upset or says that he feels pressured when you talk about kids, settling down, etc.

I think it becomes clear in the guy's attitude. Moreover in small talks when issues related to long term relationship or marriage comes from the guy without any pressure, that gives a clear indication. Like how can we manage our house together, how the monthly expenditures will be managed, how specifc dates will be celebrated, the guy wants to buy a ring etc. etc.

He's thinking about long term relationship when:
1.He introduces you to his parents/family and invites you whenever there's a family gathering,
2.talks about your future together,
3.does everything to make you happy,
4.very comfortable with your company
If he's not: 1.he never introduced you to his parents and he did not even invited you when there's a gathering.
2. He always uses the pronoun "I" instead of "we'
3. He spends a lot of time on his friends than he does to you.

he's thinking: spending more time with her, doing things for/with her that make her happy, his happiness showing, talking about the future and what changes might take place.
she's wasting time: time with her doesn't matter, he's out with his friends or anywhere away from her more and more, he's sullen or detached, his attitude changes from happiness to sulky/angry, every time a woman walks by he looks her way.
there are things here that could spell doom, but even in happy relationships they just spell change. not all of them mean that he's looking for a future with her, and not all mean that she's wasting her time. each person is different, and their reaction to things is different. if you're in a relationship and you want to know, just ask. "what do you think we'll be doing six months down the road?" communication is the best policy.

Simplest answer to this is... when he is willing to do anything and everything for you without any hesitation.... that's a sign that he loves you and he wants to be with you forever... and you will know it's a waste of time... when he doesn't care a bit for you... not wanting to be with you... rather be doing something else or with someone else... doesn't listen to you and to your feelings... i think you get the picture...

A good sign is he talks about future events using "we" instead of "I" ("Maybe we can go skiing in December?").
A bad sign is that he makes all or most of his plans (daily tasks too, not just long term stuff) without thinking about your availability, interests, etc. ("I'm heading out to pick up my drycleaning and then seeing a movie. Later, baby!")

T.I.M.E this I must earn .Time reveals all, there are now written set of rules keep your eyes open observe his behaviour and his actions decide if thats what you want in your life.In the mean time he should be doing the same with you. If you have the right ingredients this thing will advance in spite of you.

the guys have plan for your future and always open ideas for what he want to do even for work or personal things he want to do if he do like that is means that he wants to share every things on you.and the signs of wasting your the is the opposite what i say.

if he starts kissing up to your mom and dad, you can expect a ring in a short time. but then again, he may just be short of cash.
The girl will be wasting her time. if your just having sex and not making plans for next month.
