First found out the real reason for it. If your staff is in the wrong, reprimand your staff and compensate the customers. But if the customers are unreasonable in their demands call in the security guards and turn them away.

If the customers are complaining about the same thing, it may be time to re educate your staff on how to handle those situations. I would suggest that they actively listen to the customers, rephrasing what the customer needs are and showing how your product meets those needs. It is important to show empathy. It puts people at ease while building a relationship. Always keep in mind that it is not personal so they should not engage in arguing. A trick is to lower your voice when someone is yelling, it makes them lower their voice as well if they want to hear what you have to say. Good luck.

First of all calm down the customers and attend their needs along with the help of your staff. Then talk to them, Fire, or suspend them until they get their act together...If they come back doing the same thing start looking for a new staff! =D Good luck!

Solve the problem. Why are the customers angry? If it's your companies fault, then make it right, if it's just stupid customers making a bogus argument or lying about something or situation, then try to apease them and act professional, but keep with company policy.

give small gifts to your customers and remember sincerely say "SORRY"......u need to find out the reason what make customers so angry.....otherwise your business sales will fall rapidly due to bad attitude in business!!!
Also staff's working manner is very important, they have to bear in mind that they are not the king and queen, they are SERVANT in working society, no matter what kind of ranking they are in!!! to make business booming and strongest....learn to be a good servant is the best way!!!!
