I'm so confused! Now this months is comeing up, i'm getting all the signs once again, cramps and bloatyness. I'd really appriciate some feed-back for this. I've been slighty stressed over a relationshiop issuse lately, and i've been trying some new diet pills. Also i got a yeast infection, and currently have the flu... could any of this effect it? I havn't been getting much sleep lately cause i've had a bad tummy ache for a while and been majorley dizzy at the same time... i think a doc visit is in order but can;t really afford it so... help me please!! Stress can affect our periods regardless of whether the things causing the stress is good or bad. And also our weight can affect our periods. Some medicines can also affect our periods.

As for the issue of a doctor because of the financial situation I would recommend checking with your city's dept of health to see if they offer a free clinic that might be of some help to you.

The tummy ache and dizziness could be as a result of the flu (I've had it before and it is uncomfortable).

You should go to WebMD.com. You can search "menstrual cycyle" and you will be able to look around and basically make a check list of what things that could be causing this. There are so many, I can't list them all here. Some of them are more severe, like infections or fibroid cysts. Some of them are simply stress, a change in your diet, certain medications, lack of sleep, not enough iron (anemia), being overweight, there's so many. You need to go check it out for yourself, cause you will have to see which ones could possibly apply to you. If you don't think it's anything you can change yourself, then it's time to see a doctor. You may just have to bite the bullet and go, money or not. I have also heard that an ectopic pregnancy will not be detected on a pee test. That is very serious, and you should definitely go to a doctor if you think it could be this.
