2 Harmless things:
1. Dump out the tank.
2. Put some fish back in...mosquitos are excellent fish food!
NEVER put poison in an aquarium...NEVER!

Putting Raid in the tank is a death sentence for any later fish. Adding oil to a tank is just a stupid thing to do. Dump the tank out and then spray the insides with a hose. Or, as somebody else said, fish (Bettas or Gouramis especially) would love to have a nice big meal. Bettas and Gouramis are insectivores that will devour those pesky Mosquitoes. Don't mix Bettas and Gouramis, they will be very aggressive towards each other because they both have long fins.

You can just toss out all the water. Mosquitoes only lay their eggs on the surface. If you're not going to use the tank, don't put water in it. If mosquitoes see a water surface that is rarely disturbed, they will tend to breed on it.
You could also get a fish to put in it. Anything carnivorous will do. There's really no real need for that though.

don't use pesticides!!! they can leave residues on the glass and poison your fish! throw a fish in there it will eat them or if this isn't an option you can use a net to catch them or you can put some glad wrap over the top of it this will stop them from escaping you can watch them evolve into mosquito's then drown }:).

Mosquitoes lay their eggs in water which turn into larvae and then mosquitoes. Spray some thick oil i the water. This will kill the larvae . For killing mosquitoes you can spray some of the sprays available in the market. You can also empty the tank and cover it up.

if you don't use it just empty the tank and rinse it out! or put in some white clouds, they'll appreciate the food, and there in expensive!
