Until the sun set a couple of hours ago, the island of Cebu, Philippines, was surrounded by blue skies, with a few fluffy clouds, there was a cooling breeze from the sea, and burning sun. The temperature reached 90ºF.

Sunny at last. It was burning hot in March and we all thought Summer was here but then we had rain for about a month which caused floods e.t.c. and recently it's been mixed.
