Yep.
First of all, having the same or similar answer to someone else is not all that unusual since certain questions can have only ONE correct answer.
What is unusual though is for the sentence wording, structure and phrasing...the grammatics... to be identical, as if it were a copy and paste of your own.
I suppose we all have our own methodology when it comes to how we answer a question and whether we view the other answers before coming up with our own.
I decided early on that I didn't want my answer influenced by what others say so I do this...
I select the Question I want to Answer...
and WITHOUT looking at the other Answers, I compose my own Answer and post it.
Then, and only then, do I take the opportunity to see what others have said in their Answer.
This way, I know my answer is unadulterated and strictly contains my own thoughts.

Ha ha!! You read my mind. They say great minds think alike. I
always read every one after I answer a question and am quite
surprised. : Janet B just kidding!
That happened more when I first got on here but I read the answers and then go at it differently!

That tells me that I was in the process of answering just a few seconds behind the ones that appeared in the answers as well. That is the nature of this site.

If I feel strongly about the question, I answer without reading the others. Otherwise, I read the other answers and give a thumbs up to the one that is closest to my feeling.

If that happens I usually delete my answer. No need to make the asker read the same thing several times over.

All the time... I'll probably find that after I've answered this most of the other people have said the same thing this time around too ;-)

I avoid the shameful dissappointment by going directly to P&S after submitting...
