u no that when u are on your period and you need to go in the bath do you need to wear a tampon the same as when you go swiming.

you dont need to in the bath, mostly because you are by yourself (but you should probably take a shower on your period because then if you do bleed, your not sitting in it). but if you are going swimming, wear a tampon because the rumor that periods stop in the water is false. goodluck

Well, I've never wore a tampon while I was in the bath before so I don't think that it's necessary. It's your personal choice to do so or not, but I really don't think it's necessary! I would however wear a tampon still if I was going swimming - not quite sure how true the comments are about it not coming out in a body of water!

you should wear one when you go swimming because when you step out of the pool blood will go everywhere down your leg if its a heavy period.

If your in your bath tub then who cares if u dont have one on.

Actually you don't, youre period stops when you are in in body of water, even a bath sometimes the prob is when you come out,

when you go swimming you can wear them but you can also not wear them it doesnt go out when your in the water...

You can if you want, but it isn't necessary for a bath.
You should ALWAYS use them when swimming.
