Wouldn't that make them "aquaintances"? I enjoy my aquaintances; very few people (in the long run) are actually friends. If I had to limit my circle to just friends, I think they'd get awfully tired of me. =) I know what you're saying, and I would rather talk to my cats, than "share" with people who are not my friends.

I'd rather be alone. Uncaring friends are worst than enemies. How can they relate to you and vice versa if they don't even care.

I've spent years in my high school with fair-weather friends, but now i choose solitude.
being alone = peace and independance, and cool
I don't like those people who hang around with fair-weather friends just for show that they have alota friends.
