I think Mr. Wizard stated it perfectly. The best two teams are without a doubt the Legion of Doom (The Road Warriors) and the Steiner Brothers. In most tournaments it comes down to who you face because if they can exploit your weakness then they have a chance. The only problem is these two teams don't have any weaknesses. There are very few teams that can match up with Hawk and Animal and Rick and Scott. The only teams I would give a chance would be Sting and Luger (because they wrestle the Steiner's to a draw before) and possibly The Rock and Sock connection but only if Mankind showed up instead of the puppet wielding Mick Foley. All the other teams are one dimensional for the most part. The LOD and Steiner's had strength, speed, quickness, ring intelligence, and most of all both teams were fearless. I think the LOD and Steiners would meet in the final and my winner would be the LOD, Hawk and Animal.

The Legion of Doom would face the Steiner Brothers in the Finals. The Legion of Doom held tag team titles in NWA, AWA, Japan, & the WWE. They ruled the tag team divisions & were the biggest drawing tag team of all time.
They created the unique look of using face paint based on the movie "The Road Warrior" & many wrestlers began painting their faces AFTER them. The true definition of a power tag team that rivals any former, present, or future tag team.
The Steiner Brothers were the only team that could give the Road Warriors a run. The Steiners held tag titles in WCW, ECW, Japan, & WWE. The Steiners were innovators with great moves the Frankensteiner & their timing was excellent. They were a power tag team who could wrestle.
The Legion of Doom & The Steiners are the only two tag teams on the list with best pedigrees in terms of tag team titles held in various federations. The Dudley Boys are good too, but remember they primarily wrestled in ECW, which was a great place to wrestle, but it lacked the big boys like many of the other teams on the list. The Steiners & LOD actually wrestled & won (of course) against many of the teams listed.

Out of that group, I would go with the Steiner Bros!!! The old school steiners where Scott still had long hair and Rick was the dawg faced gremlin. You have a fantastic list of tag teams and hollywood is impressed. But the ultimate winner, the ones that would take all of the above- The Fabulous Freeeeeeeeeeebirds!!!!

hey man.. that would be an awesome tournament if they were all still around.. it would be very hard to pick who would win out of that 1 but in my opinion probably DX or rock and sock connection but it would be hard to chose because it depends who they put in for the nwo and in evolution etc. it would be hard to choose.. my fav tag team are hardy boyz though there the best active tag team
