Can I take the Rapid Transit train from the Cleveland Airport to the InterContinental at Cleveland Clinic?

What are my options for getting to and from the Cleveland Clinic from the airport? What are good taxi and town car services? Does the InterContinental Suites have any shuttle? Thank you:)

I believe that InterContinental has a shuttle from the airport, you could call and make sure. As far as taking the rapid from the airport, for $3.50 you can get an all day pass, take the rapid from the airport to University Circle, then you can catch an # 8, 32 (depending on the time of day), or #48 to the Cleveland Clinic. They are working on having a main rapid line running downtown Cleveland so until then those would be your RTA options. Personally if you're not familar with the city, then you should take a Taxi. Not everyone who works for RTA are helpful, I'd hate for you to get the wrong info.

You can take a rapid from the airport to the Terminal Tower, still the best way to travel this route in minutes. A taxi would cost you more than a few simoles and take a lot longer. Then it is either a short taxi ride to the Clinic or an easy bus ride (all the route information is available in the base of the Terminal Tower where you get off the train). The most difficult part of the transfer is hauling your luggage upstairs from the train station to Public Square for either the bus or cab. It is still less of a distance than that from your plane to airport front doors.
