agility as there is frequent short sharp movements and a lot of change in direction,
depending on what position the person is playing depends on whether they need certain components. a centre player needs aerobic power and anaerobic power, while a shooter or a defender will need more muscular power.
Coordination is a necessity in any games that require well controlled ability to move and associate it with the awareness of an object like a netball.
