I think not - at least not in the Harry Potter universe.
In the Harry Potter Universe, there is precedent that the Ministry of Magic does communicate with our universe in extreme situations. I think that we would have seen or heard something by now.
UFO's get a lot of publicity here. I think that a Harry Potter universe would get the same publicity by those exposed to it - whether intentionally or accidentally.

And if it DID exist, i would seriously go mad to get into hogwarts!!! I would go to where it was, and even tho it would be invisible or whatever, i dont care .. hmm
Hey, if harry's mum was a muggle, then how could she see the school?? it would have just looked like "caution keep out" wouldn't it ?? hmm.

nope we would have nuked one of them by now. Seriously thats just getting low to be asking this. Is it possible that stars wars is going to happen or that are past use to be lord of the rings. Hell the best one that made most sense was the matrix trilogy and it end up having a crapy ending.
