I can't remember the last time I ate fast food, certainly not mass produced stuff. Every bit of it is full of fat, preservatives, and god only knows what. I prefer to cook my food from scratch so I know exactly whats in it!

Benefits?? Well, I'm 51 this year but have trouble convincing people of that!

My husband and I eat fast food once or twice a year. I eat it and my heart races. Then other things happen that I need not discuss here. I am happy to say we both are at a good weight, and I feel great. That fast food is grease on a bun, that clogs up your arteries. When I have eaten fast food, it tends to make me sleepy.

I am a vegan, most fast food places don't have much of a selection for vegans so i haven't eaten take away for many years.

I feel great, drink plenty of water eat more veggies and try not to eat too much fast food.

Fast food always makes me feel nasty. Sometimes I'm stuck with a 99 cent Wendy's burger when I'm low on funds. Other than that, I stay away and feel better. Maybe not more active, but certainly not gross. That's for sure.
