Ive read the first six books, but for reasons that are beyond yahoo i am not going to read the last one. But as i said i have read the past 6 and i would really like to know what happens. Ive read so many peoples answers to similar questions but there seems to be alot of contradicting information. So i guess the question is, if you have read the book, not the numerous amount of spoilers, and could simply tell me who dies and the highlights then i would be extremely grateful.
Oh and please dont tell me to read the book myself as i have already covered that that is not going to happen.

Well Hedwig, Mad-Eye, Dobby, Crabbe, Tonks, Remus, Fred Weasley, Collin Creevey, Voldemort all die =[ & Scrimegour, Wormtail, and Snape.
Ginny + Harry get married, have 3 children :
James,
Albus Severus,
Lily.
Ron+Hermione get married, have Rose and Hugo.
And Neville becomes the Herbology professor. & Draco has a son names Scorpius.
Harry finds all the Horcruxes, including the Hufflepups' cup and Ravenclaws missing Diadem, and the snake ( neville cuts its head off lol) Harry is a horcrux himself, even though Voldemort never knew. When he tried to kill Harry, some of himself went to the only living person left in the room, which was Harry.
So he goes to Voldemort...and allows him to kill him, and meets Dumbledore in his "head" i guess. They talk, and he gets to go back but he fakes death. Voldemort makes Hagrid carry Harry back to the castle. Hagrid then has to lay harry at Voldemort's feet, yet harry puts the cloak on and escapes and ends up fighting Voldemort in the great hall. Since the Elder Wand actully belongs to harry, Voldemorts curse backfires and kills him =]
&& the other horcruxes were ... found..
Cup: Bellatrix's Gringots bank (they break in)
Diadem: In the Room Of Requirement (where he hides his potion book)
Snake: Obvious
Locket: Professor Umbridge had it =0
& Snape is actully good, and loved Lily all his life. They knew eachother as kids. Dumbledore made Snape kill him since he was already going to die in about a year because of his cursed hand.
& It is much easier just to read the book =D

2) Dumbledore and Grindewald (the Dark Lord before Voldemort) are friends.
3) Dumbledore's father was sent to Azkaban, and was anti-Muggle.
4) The Deathly Hallows - these are 3 objects (Elder Wand, Resurrection Stpne, Invisibility Cloak) which can make the person who possessed them the "Master of Death."
5) Severus Snape & Lily Evans have known each other even before they started Hogwarts. They were best friends.
6) Snape was in love with Lily. The ulitimate reason why he switched sides.
7) Snape is a friend and not a foe. He's always been loyal to Dumbledore and has always cared for Harry.
8) Snape's patronus is a Doe, just like Lily's, because of the fact that he loved her so much.

*** Riddle's Diary (destoyed in Book 2 by Harry)
*** the Ring of Voldemort's grandfather-- which also hid the Resurrection Stone (destroyed by Dumbledore)
*** Slytherin's locket (taken by Regulus Black but destoyed by Ron)
*** Hufflepuff's Cup (destoyed by Hermione)
*** Ravenclaw's Diadem -- sort of a tiara that gives wisdom (Crabbed destroyed it by accident)

10) Lupin & Tonks got married and had a son. Harry was chosen to be the Godfather.

The epilogue shows all of the children boarding the train for Hogwarts together.

Plot Spoilers
Part of Voldemort’s soul was implanted into Harry whenever he used Ara Kadvara on him when he was a baby. Harry then sacrafices himself a la Lilly Potter style, which allows him to kill Voldemort without killing himself. He brings himself back to life using a wand and a rock
Snape went to the good side (Hogwarts, etc.) because he was all emo that Voldemort killed Lilly Potter.

The answer above is a pretty good summary, only Dumbledore's father was not anti-Muggle, he just punished some Muggle kids who harmed his daughter forever.
Harry didn't die, he just had a near-death experience where he talked to Dumbledore.

but dumbledore's father was not anti-muggle he attacked the three muggle boys cuz they had turned his 6 yr old daughter ariana [dumbledore's younger sis]mad
he was just takin revenge for wat they had done to his daughter
n deathly hallows r three things that let u master death -the invisibility cloak that harry possesses is one the other is the stone which was set in the ring[horrcrux] dumbledore destroys in book 6 n the last is dumbledore's wand the wand works only if it has been won frm its previous owner by killin him
we also learn that dumbledore was not as good n selfless in his younger yrs as he was later

Well. actually the book is small so it would only take like 3 - 5 hours to read if you're quick.. but anyway
Umm depends if you like good or bad news. ....
