I think of a few things:
1) People from the same gender will be able to marry, and have the same legal rights that today's heterosexuals have.
2)Their children will have no other choice than to be homosexuals.
3) Parents will not be shocked when their children say they are attracted to the same gender ;-)
4) Homophobes & sexists will dissappear.
5) Your parents may not allow you to spend the night over your best friend's house or pyjama parties.
6) Intercourse will get no one pregnant.
7) A three-some will not be suggested as much.
8) People won't have the excuse that their partner is from a different planet (Venus or Mars), and so they can't understand each other.
9) When your partner wants to experiment with new positions, you could suggest say yes as long you could try it on him first.
10) I wouldn't like to live in that stage of the planet because I find two different sexes better than one, but then again I don't know any better.

Procreation would figure in there somewhere, interesting question. I think it wouldn't be much different than it is now. People will always interact and have agreements and disagreements. I don't think gender could change that. Look at politics. It is predominantly male ruled and they can't even make a decision that makes sense to anybody.

It would be a very boring and very bad place. The two different genders balance out things. God knew what he was doing when he created two genders.

It would be great as gender stereotypes would break down. I find it interesting that you said 'gender' and not 'sex', meaning there is a possibility of a next generation??

Unless we were either a-sexual or immortal, this planet would lack humans because we could not reproduce and we would all die off.
Furthermore, there would be no homophobes out there.
