well i was on my period and i went swimming anyways not using a tampon or anything and nothing came out. i think its the pressure of the water that makes it stay in.

If you are going swimming you HAVE to wear a tampon. Water does not stop a period. It just washes away the blood. You can do whatever you would do if you didn't have your period. Don't let it control your life!

it is best to "flow free" if you will be in the water continuously, but if you are going to be more out than in, a tampon would be okay, just remember to change it more frequently, like every time you are out for 15+ minutes. swimming can help with cramps, so it is a really good idea to get in and work out, but it can be a little scary the first couple of times. good luck

You can swim as long as you wear a tampon. Definitely wear a tampon though.... I can see it getting pretty embarrassing if you don't! LOL

You can swim while wearing tampons. It blocks the blood from seeping into the water. Good luck!!!

i do no longer understand with regards to the marvel element, yet I do swim on my era. i take advantage of a clean tampon precise till now i'm getting contained in the water and that i save music of ways long i've got been contained in the water so i will exchange it after 3-4 hours. I continuously placed on a 'finished' backside suit no longer a thong. desire that enables!

really depends on how heavy.
if its really heavy I would say no.
but if not , wear a tampon and have a good time. just dont forget to go check it because it will get saturated so much quicker then regular.
