I have been with Dobson's Cellular One for about four months, and recently stumbled upon the Sidekick 3 from T-Mobile. So, I had went to T-Mobile on Tuesday (the 17th), got a contract with them (which I know I can cancel within 14 days, etc), then the next day, Wednesday (the 18th) I called Cellular One, and cancelled my service with them. A couple of days of having T-Mobile, I find their reception is terrible where I live. What's the point of having this awesome phone if I can't get any reception?! So, I am wanting to return the phone to T-Mobile, and wanting to return to Cellular One. With my early termination fee, it would cost me $400+ dollars. But, if I were to get ahold of Cellular One, do you think they'd let me come back, without making me pay that cancellation fee? I mean, it hasn't even been a week yet! I know this was a stupid mistake. Trust me... I'm kicking myself in the *** on this one. But, if you know anything about this, please help!

Thanks in advance!

Not sure why you would need to ask for a manager but...it's a pretty simple process. Since the timeframe is so short they should be able to just reactivate your old account and credit the term fees. Wait too long (over 30 days perhaps) and you may have more difficulty. Yes they want your business and will reactivate you.

when speaking with dobson cs ask for a manager to speak with , explain the circumstances. good possibility they may reactivate your account if you were in good standing with them before you left..ie..bill paid on time ,etc. or they could charge you a deposit in the amount of your early termination fee.
