Also called, "St. Irvyne, or The Rosicrucians". It used to be at blackmask.com but that site is dead now. Help? : )

Nope, not there, sorry. But that second site is new to me. I live at Gutenberg... Thanks, though.

LOL. I've *seen* "Zastrozzi" performed at my university theater. Such a funny and even at times absurdist play. I thought it was quite superb.

Here you can buy a PDF file of "Zastrozzi" for $2.69 (not bad): http://www.ebookmall.com/ebook/163785-ebook.htm .

I can't find the full texts of either of these online for free, so I suggest you check the public library or any local university libraries. Here you can search on WorldCat, which searches for books at basically every library in the world: http://www.worldcat.org/ .

Have you tried check Project Guttenberg and World Wide School? Considering when Percy Shelley died, these works should be in the public domain, so they might have them for you. I know Project Guttenberg listes several volumes of Shelley's complete works.
