It is pronounced like "ray-jee".

In Japanese, when you have "ei" it is pronounced like a long "eh" sound, not separately like "ay-ee".

1. In terms of "Reiji Kiba", Reiji sounds like first name (a Japanese name for male) and Kiba sounds like a family name of Japanese. (Mr. Reiji Kiba /eg. 木場(kiba)令司(reiji) 麗二(reiji) 礼二(reiji))
2. Japanese study English at least middle and high school, and many of them are not very good at distinguish "R" and "L"sounds. In this point of view, Reiji sounds similar to "Lazy" to some Japanese people.
