Why are muslims so dopey about the facts about their religion?

Because they are committing the worldwide cowardly acts of violence against humanity. I agree..it is horrific. not all Muslims are terrorists, but all terrorists are muslims.

It is funny how some like to bring up the abortion clinic bombers but just howmany of those have there been over the last few decades? A dozen? In present days they is no world wide movement of Christians or Hindus or Buddhists or Jews committing daily acts of slaughter in absolutely every timezone in this world. It doesn't matter what the Bible or the Koran says, what matters is what the followers of those books are doing today and how they interpret their religion. If enough of them interpret it as encouraging violence and they decide to go that way, that religion is causing a big problem to the world TODAY.

You do realize that Christianity has preached war against the pagan infidels, the muslim infidels, the jews, forced Native Americans, Africans, Asians, Aboriginies and every other non-Christian peoples to convert or suffer death, cannabalism through the practice of eating the body and blood of Christ, the belief that God (Jesus) was sacrificed to God and many other inconsistencies with the real scripture. Muslims, like all other religious groups can bastardize their religion to. Most Muslims don't buy the bullshit that the fundamentalists say. Fundamentalists in all religions are equally dangerous whether it be Muslims, Christians, Jews, Hindu, or any other religious group. Don't get your facts from Fox news, every religious group is responsible for crimes against humanity.

You lumped all Muslims into one terroristic bunch. Its no different, tho, than the Catholics and the Protestants. Didnt they fight for decades over whom was right? Religious wars have been going on since the beginning of time.
Neither party was terribly compassionate to the other. It was torture and killings of the Nth degree. Gruesome.

All religions have got inconsistencies to them. The majority of Muslims are extremely peaceful. Judging them based on the terrorists is like judging Christians based on the action of people who bomb family planning clinics or picket against homosexuality outside Matthew Shepherd's funeral (MS being the youth who was beaten to death for being gay). The Koran has violence and intolerance in it, and yet so does much of the Bible, especially the Old Testament. And yet all the Christians *I* know are peaceful, tolerant people who value their religion. Does that make THEM dopey?

Facts are many are poor and uneducated. They get money for their families and an organization willing to feed them. Notice how the smart ones do not wear the explosive vests? Why do so many catholics and other christian faiths give money to the church when their religious leaders molest children. Religion is for the weak minded
