I wasn't sure about who hit the HR but I was sure someone had to be pinch ran for on a HR

yes, also one weird thing i notice was that gabe kapler was in right field for the bo sox in 2004 and was number 19 and johnny damon was number 18 and they stood next to each other during a pitching change in the alcs against the yankees and it read 1918(the last time they won a world series) and i was spooked.

It was Kapler's last game of the 2005 season (for an obvious reason), 14-Sept, Boston at Toronto. In the top of the fifth, CF Kapler reached on an error. While on first, 2B Graffanino homered. While rounding second base, Kapler tore ligaments in his leg. Since the ball was dead, play was stopped without penalty. Graffanino waited between first and second (still not allowed to pass a teammate runner without being called out) while Kapler was tended to. After a few minutes, he was taken from the field, and PR Machado finished the home run trot and was credited the run scored. Boston eventually won, 5-3.

So, Kapler didn't hit the home run, but he did (briefly) participate in the play.
