my mom is the best mom you could even think about having and i just want her to have the best present that i can give her with it only being homemade.

depends on how old you are and your "mad skills".
Fix her a meal, or sweep the floor, or wash the windows, or wash the dishes, or do the laundry, or walk the dog or (if you still live at home) clean your room without being asked. If you are at home and in school, make homework a top priority, and, if you are not in after school activities like band, sports, etc. then see about getting a job (like babysitting, newspapers, etc.) so that you could pay for some of your own things instead of asking mom to pay for everything.
If the mom is really a great mom, then what she really wants from her kids is for them to show a) they appreciate her, in words and deeds, b) they are growing up, by acting responsibily and becoming good citizens, neighbors, and friends, c) you put family and responsibility at a higher priority than messing around with friends and hanging out, playing video games, and getting into trouble, d) you are able to get a good job, one that allows you to pay for one's own way (and maybe a meal or a present occasionally for mom, at unexpected times), e) you can act responsibly, staying out of gangs, away from drugs, tobacco, alcohol, and irresponsible other behaviors (vandelism, sex, etc.) .
Most of this wouldn't cost you any money to put into motion in your life.

Something as simple as cleaning the house for her can make her extremely happy!!
Write her a letter telling her why you think she is the best mom in the world... I did this for my mom when I was 14... and now I'm a mother of 3 kids myself and she still has that letter framed in her bedroom. Obviously a loving gesture goes so much further than flowers or a new shirt!!!

clean the whole house do her laundry make all her meals for the day and give her a homemade card mostly us old people really just want to relax for a few minutes so free time is the best gift you can give

i bake her a cake her favorite i do it in the night when shes asleep i finish it up clean up while you waiting maker a note or buy her 1 in the morning b4 she awakes tell her happy b-day wit the cake in your hands
