okay people are retarded they say the song sucks! they only say its sucks cuz there too dumb to listen to the lyrics no hes not talking bout them hopping the border hes saying that the u.s. is useing mexico and latin america like the fruit and stuff and those coke glass bottles? they come from mexico but still the u.s. wants to kick them out but keep their business like he said you cant be a pimp (kicking out latin america) and a prostitue(useing them also!) too!! anybody know what im saying or no???

This song is a song that would remind me of times when ratm was around but with a diffrent riff yeah people who don't like this song really does'nt care for great music i myself love that song cause 1 i'm a 14 yr old likes to talk about politics, 2 evrybody in america is an immigrant cause u no why we migrated from great britain back in the revolutiponary war and formed the original 13 colonies so for bush to call mexicans illegal after really basiclly using getting products made by mexicans from mexico giving america some good qualtiy product and the only thing bush can do is be a jerk man this bull! and finally 3. i stand up for every person reading this message the only reason why this is happening cause he wants to take our minds off the war cause u know every single time a guy tries to ask a question aout war he like uhh no info yet. but if u ask him about gay marriage he's like i hate gays that will never have a chance and it's very sickening to have a president who does'nt care about whats goin on and i'm really upset!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a good song. but again, a song is not just lyrics, it's the lyrics and the instruments. Even if the lyrics are beyond perfection, some people may not like the music part.

I like the White Stripes, but there is no talent, and seriously, in Icky Thump, Jack White's guitar playing sounds horrible, it literally sounds like someone who plugged in guitar, never played before in their life, turned the distortion all the way up and started hitting random strings on the guitar. Its not experimental, its sloppy.
Its not the lyrics people dont like, its the music.

i love this song! everything about it! i did a lyrics analys thing on itand there really meaningful "what americans got nothing better to do? whay dont you kick yourself out your an american too!" thats my favorite part.
