Reminds me of a story.
I worked with a guy from West Virginia.
It was around 1985 and toilet papering had been occurring for only a few years and only around Halloween.
I made a comment about how ; "When I was a kid we didn't have money to buy toilet paper and throw it away!"
His reply was "When I was a kid, we tried it, but the Sears and Roebuck's Catalogs wouldn't stay up in the trees!"

For the proper toilet papering effect, it helps to take it out of the wrapper.....and your toilet paper will go farther....economy-wise. You would have to throw a LOT of packs that are wrapped to get even close to the same effect as toilet paper taken OUT of it's wrapper.

You serious? Yes you have to take them out of the package... to TP someones house you throw the toilet paper all over their house... drap it over trees and stuff... you obviously need to take it out of the package.

You need some practice so go outside and see if you can get it over your roof.

No, you need to leave it in. Otherwise, how are they going to see where you signed your name,to let them know who gave it to them?
