yes it is totally possible. i have a 2 year old son who can prove it to you. it is a good idea to try to loose about 10 pounds first just because it will make it easier to get pregnant and your body is already used to doing extra work. you just have to be really careful while you are pregnant. don't gain more than the Dr tells you and you really have to watch what you eat. i was 335 when i got pregnant and 350 when i had my son and had no complications with my pregnancy.

Are you kidding, It really has nothing to do with your weight.
Now, It is possible that you have what is called a tilted cerevix. It makes it a little harder to concive. There are several positions that make it easier to concive.
For instance, try putting a pillow under the small of your back and after you are done having sex, elevate your hips. Gravity will assist the army guys. I was trying for almost 5 months to get pregnant. My doctor told me about this and presto, a month later I was baking. : )
Now it could also be possible that you have another problem... Dont be shy, call your doctor. They know ALOT about this stuff.
SMOKING makes it difficult to concive also.

REMEMBER: before you get pregnant, be tested for HPV. A lot of the time it shows up during pregnancy and cannot really be treated well until baby is born.
80% of women have HPV and dont even know it.

I had a neighbour who was about 350 lbs and she kept popping out kids every second year or so. Last time I saw her, she had 7, and all on welfare. if you want to lose weight more rapidly, try walking at least 20 minutes every day on top of the other things you are doing.

Many overweight women conceive with no problems..while it is true that some overweight women experience more issues with their ovaries it is not the case for all.

I know plenty of overweight women who conceived multiple times on their own without fertility treatments.

losing weight will help, but if it doesnt happen dont stop trying and dont give up..
Good luck..baby dust..

Even woman in their sixties are giving birth now-a-days.

Unless you have a medical condition preventing pregnancy, I do not see how your weight could affect your ability to conceive.

If your husband, on the other hand, is out of shape, he may have a low sperm count, which would make it difficult.

Yes I was over weight with my 2nd and 3rd. But once you are pregnant you need to not try and lose weight then.

Unless you are like 500lbs, I can't see a reason why being overweight could cause you to not be able to concieve. Other factors like smoking, doing certain drugs, and hormones play more of a factor in concieving than weight does.

It's still possible... but your chances are higher and the pregnancy will be healthier if you lose weight. Your husband may be misinformed.. or he may have different motives for wanting you to lose weight.

of course it's possible. Almost every female in the U.S. is 'overweight'. If you are obese it decreases your chances. But all shapes and sizes of females have babies. Good health to you and best baby wishes.
