will my insurance rates go up because someone else damaged my car?

Maybe not this time. If it happens again, then they probably will either raise the rates or cancel you. good luck.

Just Dont Say Anything And Fix It Urself... I Know Its A Bytch... But It Happen. In A Long Run If You Think About Ur Insurance Is Goin Up Than Its Better To Just Fix For One Price Instead Of The Other Big For Ever...

yes they probably will. They don't view it as someone else damaged your car therefore it shouldn't affect your premiums they view it as how much more of a liabilty you are since you are filing claims. If you have never filed a claim, car accidents, had a speeding ticket, or anything else that would put points on your license then you are not a huge liability so they may let you slide.

If you had to file claims, many speeding tickets, etc....then your insurance rates will increase.
Too many claims, speeding tickets, etc... they can drop you.

Nope it shouldn't, unless you have some hella lame auto insurance.
