I forgot my password, because I lost my phone and recently had it turned back on.

If you have forgotten your password, you are going to have to call cust svc 1-800-922-0204 from another phone. Cust svc is able to reset the password to a temporary code, and then you can follow the first persons answer to reset it to something that you want. Once it is forgotten, you cannot change it yourself...you have to know the old code to unlock the menu functions of your voicemail.

After you enter your password to your voice mail:
Press 4 (personal options)
Press 2 (administrative options)
Press 1 (Passwords)
Press 1 (Personal Password)
Enter your new password followed by #.

dial *86 and enter your current password, then choose option #4 and you will hear directions on how to re-set the password. if you have any further help, you can always dial *611 to speak with customer support for any assistance. good luck!
