my sun is a pisces sun but does having mars and venus both in aries make me act like aries instead of pisces when in relationships?

Maybe if they were in your 7th house.But certainly I'd say that you go after what you want.The Venus element would indicate the you also like this in women,or that you are attracted to an Arien type woman.And you should indeed express yourself much like an Aries in whatever affairs mars rules in your chart(by house placement).
