I like their chances, and oddly enough - even more since Marty is out of San Diego.

If the Chargers go 6-10 (because LT had a freak accident and other various injuries) and the same thing happens to the Colts (Specifically Peyton Manning and Dwight Freeney), AND THEN they beat the Pats in triple overtime during the Conference Championship because they're stupid and signed away Vinitieri (spell check), and some random NFC team miraculously makes it to the playoffs and then goes on an impossible winning streak to get to The Big Game when all of the sudden a blizzard hits and the NFC team plays in unfamiliar weather while the Broncos, being used to ball-freezing temperatures, play normally (a.k.a. pretty good), and somewhere in there, Jay Cutler pulls an Elway and dives into the endzone while being hit by lineman, spinning around until he pukes, then yes, the Denver Broncos will be the 2008 Super Bowl Champions

I think Denver has a shot. They have made multiple improvements on both sides of the ball. I think one huge addition that gets overlooked by everyone is defensive assistant head coach Jim Bates, who turns defenses around everywhere he goes. That guy knows how to get the most out of his players, and with Denver's improved offense, the defense that was dominant during the first half of the season won't fall apart in the end like it did last year. The AFC is tough, and it looks like there will be plenty of playoff contenders, including the Colts, Patriots, Jets, Ravens, Bengals, maybe the Steelers, maybe the Jaguars, and Denver's biggest obstacle, the San Diego Chargers. Many will apply, six will enter, only one will win. Can you dig it?

Not a hater! Just a realist.
There is at least one reason they will NOT even get to the SB. The first and biggest reason is The San Diego Chargers.
Other than that, I don't even think they will make it to the playoffs. If they do, they will either lose in the Wild Card game or to the Chargers (for the 3rd time) or another team in the first round.
Sorry to crush your dreams. Just stating the facts!!!

Well...Denver has a solid team...but I'm not sure they have what it takes to beat San Diego or New England on the way to the Super Bowl...I'd actually rather see them win it than New England....just because they have enough rings for now...but the Pats and Chargers are just stacked....so Denver's chances are a bit of a long shot...

That 1998 team seemed destined for a one-year run. They ran Jamal Anderson's guts out that season, they got what was by far the best possible year out of Chris Chandler, the defense was opportunistic and forced a ton of turnovers, and of course the Vikings did them a favor by gagging up the NFC Title game in their own stadium. This year's Falcons are built to be contenders not only this season, but five years down the road.

im not a hater in fact i believe that the Borncos will be an even bigger forse next year but its very VERY unlikely with just a 2nd year QB to take that team all the way im not counting them out but they are unlikely but the year after this theyll be in my top 5 list of Suwer Bowl teams but they will have a playoff spot

The starting QB doesn't have enough experience, nor does he have enough of a supporting cast to help him get there. The only team in the AFC West that has the chance of making it to the BOWL are the Chargers.

I think they will make it to the first round of the playoffs, but Cutler doesn't have quite enough experience to play the big game! I am a die hard Seahawks fan, so I think they can take it all the way this year! Go Hawks!!!

Reminds me of the Denver fan who went to hell, but like it because it was so warm. Satan cranked up the heat, but the fan was even happier. Satan cranked up the heat again and again the fan was just happy to finally be warm after living his whole life in Denver. So, to make him miserable Satan lowered the temperature to zero degrees, but the fan was happier than ever. Finally Satan demanded, "Its freezing now you idiot - why are you still happy?" to which the Denver fan responded: Its a cold day in Hell - Denver must be going to the Superbowl!
