oh nooooooooo!!! That is awful!
If she just had the surgery, the swelling may not have gone down just yet. I hope that is the case and you change your mind in a few more weeks. If the surgery is older I really don't know what to say. I believe I might lie to her b'c that must have been hard on her.

If the surgery itself looks bad, like they messed it up you should tell her so she can go to a different doctor and get it fixed before its to late. If she just looks worse to you then no because then she'll keep getting surgery to fix herself.

Aw, that's too bad. No, I wouldn't tell her b/c what's the point? It's not like she can reverse it now. I'm so curious about what she had done that made her no longer hot!

you should tell her. If you had surgery and it ended up looking bad wouldn't you want someone to tell you?

If it were me I'd want the truth, nothing worse than someone telling you what they think you want to hear.
