I will enjoy the sweet smell of the flowers and of the sender.Then I shall take out the petals and put them in a jar with some sugar and close it tightly. Presently it will become 'gulkand'(marmalade of flowers) which will(besides the medicinal use)continue to let me to saviour the sweet memories of the sender for a long time.

I chop of a little piece of the stems put them in a vase with some water and add a aspirin to the water........look at them and smell them......as you can probably see I have not gotten roses in a long time!

Smell them, take pleasure in looking at them, think of who sent them, put them in a vase, put an aspirin in the vase--it actually makes them last a bit longer. I love roses--of all colors!
