There is a chance. About 16 weeks is the earliest I've known people being told. It's not as accurate as, for example, 20 weeks of course. But if it's a boy, it will most likely be easier to see than if it's a girl. I found out at 17 weeks I was havin a boy, it was very clear to even my husband & I. Good luck.

Its possible but I honestly wouldn't trust any guess at that point. I have a friend who's an ultrasound tech and she says that shes not comfortable guessing that early because they look so much alike in the beginning. The chances of being wrong are high.
In the beginning both genders look the same and slowing change into male or female. I would rather wait until 18-20 weeks to have a better chance of getting the right prediction.

It is possible depending on the position of the baby.. Between 16 and 20 weeks is when most women are able to find out the sex.

You will be able to tell...but only if the baby will cooperate. I went for my u/s at 17 weeks hoping to find out the sex and of course the baby had it's little legs closed and then put his/her hand over it!! So I still don't know what I'm having.

That is a little to early, as I was told that 18-20 weeks is when the ultrasound can pick up the babies sex.

Maybe..
sometimes the boy part will be present...but it will not be a 100% sure thing. If they dont see anything, doesnt mean its a girl..just might mean that development isnt far enough to determine. So dont stress on the sex until you have your 20 week ultrasound, which will happen in 4 weeks.

It's possible, but unlikely. Most doctors do that ultrasound anywhere from 18-22 weeks. The genitals form at 14 weeks gestation, so there is a possibility, but I'd say you'd need another ultrasound later to be sure the results were accurate. Ask them to look and see if they can tell yet.

They can tell if the baby is willing to cooperate. Sometimes the cord is between the legs, they have their legs crossed, or their hand between their legs. (The latter would suggest a boy LOL.) Anyway, my sister had to have like three ultrasounds to find out for sure that she was having a girl. With both my boys, it was really obvious.

It is possible. But sometimes, they can't tell the sex at all during pregnancy. It really depends on how your baby is positioned, how much it moves around, and how determined the doctor is to find out what the sex is. Good luck.

It's possible, I had an appointment almost 2 weeks ago at 16 weeks and the technician told me its possible but pretty difficult especially with girls. They couldnt tell with me, but I go back at 20 weeks so hopefully then. I already have 1 so I wont be totally upset if I have to wait and be surprised but I know with my first I couldnt wait.
