just go and tell the truth and whatever happens happens. Hopefully the person will learn that they cant do things like this and get away. There isnt anything that you can do to make the person learn their lesson, so if you fell like you made the right choice then be comfortable.

Thats how the courts work. Be confident and convince the judge that you are right. Then he will decide. If he judges against you, it does not mean you are wrong, it means you could not prove it. Give it your best. Don't overtalk, just give the facts and no exaggeration

Go to court, tell the truth. Tell what you saw, and don't try to elaborate the details. Let the judge / jury do his job.
