Obviously, you must have some knowledge about zodiac signs and this particular guy - otherwise you would not have to mention that he is a Capricorn. So, first of all - you should identify whatever these traits are in comparision to your own. And finally, the only way you can know if he or anyone else likes you is to 1) just flat out ask him or 2) do like most people and play mind games and guess or have friends find out for you. Be a young adult -you can observe, have conversations with him, if old enough, go out with him and 'see' for yourself if he likes you. There is no other way in reality to tell - not even by his astrological sign.

Get him one on one and try to flirt with him. If he acts weird or says strange things, he likes you. Also, if you're the center of his attention while in a crowded area, or if he looks at you often, he likes you.

1) When you're near him, he'll turn around, lean against the nearest wall/tabletop, and stick out his butt while glancing back at you.
2) You see him in the tree outside your bedroom window looking at you with binoculars.
3) Whenever you come home from being out, you see him on your street & he says he just happened to be in the neighborhood (as always). When you go to your room, your underwear drawer has been ransacked.
4) Whenever you're talking to him, he grabs your hair, puts it to his nose, and inhales deeply.
5) When you're walking down the street, he jumps out of the bushes and asks "WHERE YOU GOING?!"

You could scheme and drag the answer out of him, and when I mean you...I mean like a friend or some random person.
EX: pay somone to stalk him and with a fake gun ask if he likes anyone at school. If he won't say then have person say do you like BLA, BLA, Bla, (your name), Bla, or bla. then if he will give the answers then you get another random person with a camera jump out of the bushes and say...You just got pucked!
