As a teenager I would make decisions based on what I wanted rather than my friends.

I would not have stopped after college- but persued my Masters and Doctorate right away. Also, during the time I was making boo-coup money acting and performing as a singer, I would have saved, bought some CD's or something to have money to fall back on - perhaps bought a house earlier and would have been more than half way finished paying for it. Though I never mistreated them at all, I think I would have found ways to have spent more time with my mom and dad and my aunts and uncles who are now deceased. I would have taken up sewing and persued design. I would have also made a bigger deal about publishing and writing my own songs. I would never have let some people get away with 'stealing' my materal. I would have rented the 'family' home - not sold it. Income is income. I would have forced my aunt in Michigan to come and live with me and not be taken advantaged of by the people who were around her.

If we could only go back and change things, life would not be what it is today. Even though some things would change, the results of the future would have been altered too.

I guess the only thing I really think about is when I had newborn babies I was ill from lack of sleep. I had two a year apart. I wish I had calmed down and enjoyed the time I had with them because kids grow up so fast and once they are big that's it. You only have a short time with babies and you should enjoy it. I made it a job during that time and didn't take the time to enjoy it. Now looking back on those years I realized I missed some good times.

I would have noticed that there was a problem with my youngest daughter much earlier than I did. I am not sure if it would have made much of a difference but I would feel better about it. And maybe if I would have found the problem earlier, things would have turned out for the better.

Learn to not say everything without thinking it through. yet at the same time it was through mistakes and maturing that you learn otherwise you would never evolve into a better version of yourself.

I wish I wasn't so inconsiderate about some people's feelings and just deal with things more maturely.

I would have been stronger. I did the best I could at the time, but I was young and weak. I learned and that is all one can do... live and learn.

My first thought was to say *choose a different person to have kids with* but then my kids wouldn't be who they are, and that wouldn't be right......I LOVE who they are....I just wish their dad wasn't such a PItA......:)

Soooo, I'll say I would've never started smoking....
