It's not impossible buy highly unlikely. It probably fell from higher heights many times during shipping, hahaha

Well if you were purchasing it from a store and they dropped it you are a fool for accepting it. Other than that well if its a flat panel monitor it sould be ok. they are packed pretty safely in the box so I feel best case senario you might have some cosmetic damage on the tower case.

Definitely. If the store dropped it id ask for a new one. I would never take it. If you dropped it the risk isnt very hi but it is there. The glass on the monitor would break if anything was wrong with it. The PC/laptop it self should be fine as long as it was off. But if it was dropped by a store id have them replace it.

Your best bet is to set it up and see if it works. If it doesn't, it's really not that big of a deal.

Take it back to Best Buy, or wherever you got it. Simply say it doesn't work, not mentioning the little drop, and they'll gladly exchange it.
