On a verizon lg phone how do I know if it got wet? Strait answer!?

It is a VX8600? On the battery and were the battery is inserted there are 2 circles mine are red criss-crosses so does that mean it is not wet yet or when it turns solid red does that mean it got wet? YES OR NO?

or defined..not wet
and it depends if its peeeeenk or red

If the circle attached to the phone underneath the battery is solid red than the phone got wet.
